I try to be very understanding and patient. I always keep a positive attitude and smile while I'm at work. Growing up I used to take care of my grandmother and other household duties and I just really loved being able to help as much I could. What attracted me to caregiving is my grandmother and my heart. Growing up I always wanted to help people and give as much love to this world I could give. Taking care of her opened my eyes and made me realize this is what I like doing. I like being able to help people when it's needed and being able to have that one on one time. What I enjoy most about caregiving is seeing my residents happy and being able to spend time with them even if it providing the care I'm grateful I get that time with them. I love being able to sit down and talk about what life used to be like back then for them or flip through scrapbooks that they have and talk about how their day went. My achievement that I'm proud of is graduating high school and moving up in the world!
